What’s in our Collections? A Book with Pressed Flowers

In our collections, we have a book printed in Norwegian. The title translates to: Great controversy between Christ and Satan during the Christian Dispensation. This book printed in Norwegian circa 1910. It is supposed to describe the final conflict between Satan and God. 

 

This is not the only interesting thing about the item. This book was used for plant pressing. Plants were pressed between pages of books to be saved. Within several pages of this book, flowers and ferns were arranged to be saved.
